you really need a spare set of wheels to put on, as you need to peel off tyres and sand edges of wheels. provided that you can get a spare set of wheels, i know a bloke in brisbane that did a good job on my golf gti denvers. he's technically a mobile touch up wheel repairer but been doing it for something like 10+ years full time. pm me for details...he can drive around and give you a quote.
if you want showroom quality paint, clear coat and baked - expect to pay around $800+ imo.
